I enjoy a large variety of music genres and depending on my mood I can listen to just about anything, anytime. There are classic rock ballads that have been around for years that make my mood lighter and brighten my day. Then there are the monster ballads that have been on the charts for quite some time and they manage to stay near the top for weeks. These are fabulous hits that most people have heard and even if it is not their favorite they still enjoy listening to the sounds once in awhile. When I am in a more subtle mood I choose to listen to a love ballad. They can either make you smile and swoon or make the tears fall and the crying begin. What is fantastic is that in the world of music there are constant changes and developments. There is a new band out of Las Vegas that labels their music powerpop and they play very catchy tunes that may some day be worthy of being classified as rock ballads. The name of the band is Air Raid Anthem and their music is great.
